As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be an expert in analyze and support our digital marketing strategies to enhancing brand awareness.
You will take full responsibility in crafting digital solutions and/or improvement plans for the internal marketing team. 
The successful applicants will join our Hong Kong marketing team and work alongside with our sales team and C-suite.

Responsibilities:

• Own our brand messaging strategy and standards
• Create, manage, and analyze Search Engine Marketing and social media across multiple platforms including to achieve conversion goals 
• Daily management and maintenance of digital campaigns including keyword generation, ad copy writing, A/B testing, bid management and landing page optimization
• Implement tracking tools to generate conversion insights for SEM campaigns
• Implement SEO to improve organic search ranking and traffic
• Analyze report data and look for optimization opportunities to improve overall effectiveness and ROI in online marketing campaigns
• Work with the sales team on lead qualification, marketing-to-sales handoff processes, etc.

Requirements:

• Tertiary education preferably in Marketing, Communication, Business Admin. or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years experience in managing online marketing platforms across Google Adwords and DoubleClick, Google Analytics and other SaaS CRM solutions.
• Hands-on experience in SEM & SEO
• Business level in English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Good research and analytical skills
• An innovative leader with good entrepreneurial skills and team spirit
• Passionate about working in a very hands-on, fast-moving startup environment
