Job Description
This position will assist the Department Head in running analyses, developing presentation materials and executing internal and external communications initiatives and events.

Assist in analyzing and improving the current internal and external communications strategies
- Develop presentation materials for the team
- Assist in execution of internal and external corporate events/projects, and other ad-hoc corporate communications projects
- Assist in updating the content of intranet and archive center, and to make sure all the corporate materials are up to date
- Manage external agencies/vendors if needed
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related disciplines

At least 3 years of working experience, preferably in business analytics or corporate communications role
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- A quick learner with a positive can-do attitude, with intellectual curiosity to learn about various aspects of the business of the Company
- Able to prioritize and manage time efficiently with close attention to detail
- Proactive, pleasant, and presentable
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Officer, Corporate Communications
We offer 5-day work week. Remuneration will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
