Responsibilities:

• Coordinate multiple parties to bridge communication gap for digital marketing and design solutions projects
• Understand clients' requirement and manage timeline to ensure project can be smoothly delivered
• Prepare project documentation such as requirement documentation, schedule, checklist and proposal
• Conduct and coordinate UAT and SIT for rollouts
• Establish strong client relationships
• Present project ideas and status
• Handle ad-hoc work task

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Marketing Communications, Business Administration, Design, Media or related disciplines
• 1-3 years relevant experience in project management, account servicing, marketing
• Strong coordination, communication and presentation skills
• Responsible, proactive, detailed-minded and can-do working mentality
• End-to-end knowledge on digital and marketing project production
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese
• Experience in web development / mobile / digital / advertising agency is a plus
• Knowledge in responsive design and design process is a plus
