What you will do

• Develop a strong, successful communications strategy across digital & social media
• Conceptualize, design, build and maintain social media presence across all digital channels - develop and execute campaigns for digital platforms
• Work closely with brand team to develop consistent customer communication to strengthen the brand equity;
• Contribute to the achievement of long-term objectives, through proactive proposals of new marketing ideas
• Initiate and implement CRM strategy and programs 
• Optimize the customer journey to ensure existing propositions are meet and exceed customer expectations
• Conduct customer analytics including behavior reporting and post-campaign analytics to enhance future CRM campaigns, and translate the customer data into consumer insights and actions
  
  

What you need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar
• Minimum 5 years' experience in digital marketing, content creation and creative ideation 
• Excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English
• Long term vision with ability to focus on short term goals
• Enthusiastic and motivated self-starter
• Result oriented, flexible & proactive
• Adaptive to dynamic and fast changing environment
• Good coaching, presentation and interpersonal skills
