Job Description

HBX store (previously known as HYPEBEAST Store) commenced business in May 2012, is a one-stop news source for internet savvy fashion enthusiasts and cultural tastemakers. HBX is the global e-commerce platform that targets male and female online shoppers between the age of 18 and 35, and primarily sells third-party branded clothing, shoes and accessories to customers.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Create, monitor and optimise dynamic email marketing campaigns.
  • Practice CRM management to effectively analyse customer interactions and data throughout the customer life-cycle.
  • Monitor email acquisition sources to track subscriber performance and customer acquisition efforts through email marketing channel.
  • Optimise strategy for newsletter content to exceed business goals.
  • Facilitate growth in all areas of the marketing mix, including but not limited to, affiliate communication and outreach for HYPEBEAST and HBX.
  • Analyse data, trends and insights to fully optimize all HYPEBEAST and HBX email campaigns.
  • Prepare and maintain regular traffic performance, sales, and site conversion reports.
  • Seek new business opportunities to expand email performance through data minded strategies on pace with the latest industry developments.
  • Regular industry and competitor research. Translating research into workable insights.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of work experience in Digital Marketing, Email Marketing, CRM, Data Analytics or related disciplines.
  • Degree holder in Marketing or other related disciplines.
  • Exceptional work ability of email marketing platforms in or similar to Marketo, MailChimp, Retention Science, Campaign Monitor etc.
  • Experience in E-Commerce/retail industry and/or media industry is highly preferred.
  • Intermediate understanding in Google Analytics, SalesForce (CRM), A/B testing.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English; Cantonese/Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills to be able to work well in a cross-functional team setting.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving and fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about data analytics and working in the e-commerce fashion/contemporary culture industry.
  • Highly organised with an eye for attention to detail, strong time management skills.
