Job Description
Responsibilities
The role is mainly focusing on supporting Loyalty and eCommerce Program
- Handle Loyalty Program and eCommerce platform related enquiries from Members and Merchants via multiple channels such as Member Service Hotline, Email, Live
Chat, Social media platform, etc.
- To Serve Members and Merchants efficiently in a courteous manner
- Assist in promoting marketing program
- Carry out other duties delegated by Supervisor
Requirements
- Form 5 or above
- At least 3 years of experience in Customer Service
- Experience in the retail industry, call centre, loyalty program and eCommerce is an advantage
- Enjoy communicating with people, cheerful, responsible and able to work independently
- 5 days per week, shift-duty and work on public holidays are required
- Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English
- Basic computer skills, e.g. Chinese word processing, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Energetic, creative and good team player
