Responsibilities:

• Formulate content strategies and design content segments for brand presence enhancement, user attraction and retention
• Plan and monitor implementation of the content calendar to increase user activities and engagement
• Make recommendation for to drive traffic from appropriate user group(s) based on trending content and discussions
• Work with technical teams to develop and enhance interactive media content modules
• Manage creative content and marketing materials to reinforce the brand value

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in building and managing an online social media community
• Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, e.g. Facebook, Twitter, blogs, YouTube, Pinterest
• Experience of writing and editing creative content to drive user growth and engagement;
• Experience in working at a start-up company is preferred
• Familiar with quantitative metrics and the content trends for HK01’s target users to evaluate content performance
• Able to distill complex ideas down to structured frameworks and concrete action plans
• Entrepreneurial self-starter who can work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Detailed-minded individual who is able to manage multiple projects concurrently with tight deadlines
• Excellent command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
