Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Rationalize supplier base and product range
- Negotiate optimum product costs with suppliers
- Work cross functional within the business to improve business performance and capability
- Prepare sales order for suppliers and facilitate product quality issue between outlets and suppliers
- Share fresh food knowledge to frontline staff to enhance merchandising display as well as sales turnover
- Plan promotion ahead
Requirements:
- Min of 1 years buying experience in Poultry, Meat, Fish, Fruit and Vegetable
- Proven track record of delivering cost and sales targets
- Excellent analyst skills and persistent in achieving results
- Basic knowledge in fresh food category
