Responsibilities:

• Lead financial, operational, IT or regulatory audits
• Handle management control reviews
• Perform risk assessments and special investigation projects
• Prepare audit reports and make progress updates to the head of Internal Audit
• Participate in the development of annual audit plan
• Handle ad hoc control advisory assignments

Requirements:

• University degree holder in Accounting or Financial or related discipline
• Membership of recognized professional accounting or internal audit bodies such as CPA, CIA, CISA, etc. is required
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in internal and external audit, of which not less than 2 years in a reputable international accounting firm, or in a sizeable listed company
• Preferably with solid experience in manufacturing environment and conversant with PRC/HKSAR tax rules and accounting standards
• Exposure in IT audit, compliance and risk management will be an advantage
• Proactive, with strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Able to analyze problems and provide implementable solutions
• Strong report writing skills
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin/Chinese
• Occasional travel to PRC is required
