Job Description
Our client, a reputable Japanese printing solution company, is seeking for a high-calibre Production Controller to join their team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a contact point to receive orders from the clients (overseas related companies including Europe, Middle East, Southeast Asia etc.)
- Finalize specification of products and service orders received
- Source required products/service from the mother factory in Japan, arrange assembly/packaging at overseas branches and contracted factories (e.g. mainly in Shenzhen) and deliver to the clients.
- Negotiate price & delivery schedule, monitor production and ensure the required product/service quality and deadline is met
- Occasionally business trip may be required (e.g. greeting to main clients/factory in Japan).
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above
- Relevant working experience in card producing or printing industry is a MUST. Production control or assurance or merchandising (production process and delivery control) experience in such industry is definitely an advantage
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Chinese (Mandarin) and Japanese (JLPT N1 or above). Native level in Cantonese is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skill to understand clients requests. Customer oriented with strong sense of responsibility
