Job Duties: 

• Handle all aspect of the purchasing processes (from planning, PO issuing to delivery management), for the metal hardware, plumbing and/or sanitary items;

• Work with sales team, suppliers and logistics colleague closely;

• Monitoring the stock level to ensure achievement of inventory stock turn targets and sales

• Solid experience in strategic planning and establishing the work procedures of the Department, and experience in ERP as well

• Taking the corrective and preventative action in quality and defective goods management

• Preparing regular purchasing report;

• Ad hoc duties as assigned

   Requirements: 

• Diploma holder or above in Purchasing / Supply Chain Management or related disciplines

• At least 3 years relevant working experience is preferred

• Knowledge of plumbing and sanitary wares is and advantage

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure

• Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin

• Proficiency in MS Office, Chinese Word Processing and ERP system

• Outstanding Business Travel is required

• Immediate available is preferred 

• More experience will be consider to be Senior Purchasing Officer
