Our client is a multinational home appliances supplier with office at Tsim Sha Tsui urgently looking for a Data / Business Analyst to join their company with details as follows:

Responsibilities:

Ÿ   Responsible for the in-house tailor-made database managementand reporting

Ÿ   Collect, consolidate and update data in ItemMaster & ODMS system

Ÿ   Prepare and develop Business Trackers, business/operational reports involving data analysis, Excel and internal databases

Ÿ   Identify opportunities and development areas to ensure operational excellence

Ÿ   Provide support to Business Controlling team and assist in cross-PL sourcing reports

Ÿ   Follow up with the sourcing team on various items including contracts, penalty tracking

Ÿ   Coordinate and participate in Sourcing team meetings and supplier meetings

Ÿ   Create and maintain an infrastructure that allows easy sharing of information on sourced products catalogs, supplier profiles, cost models, Raw Materials, Global economic movements

Requirements:

Ÿ   One year up experience in Data Analysis

Ÿ   Degree in Business / Statistics / Mathematics / Information technology

Ÿ   Experience in multiple projects management and support functions

Ÿ   Sensitive to figures and strong attention to details

Ÿ   Strong experience in Excel, Access, BI, and PowerPoint

Ÿ   Knowledge of Cognos or VBA Script Development is a plus

Ÿ   Willing to travel as required

Ÿ   Fresh graduate will be considered as Jr. Data Analyst

Salary negotiable (HK$18-25K) depends on qualifications & experience.
