Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist Head of Legal and other lawyers in the Legal Department in preparing, reviewing and filing of legal documents;
• Conduct legal search;
• Coordinate with external counsel;
• Participate in ad hoc projects;
• Such other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Laws (LLB, Hong Kong or overseas) with good grades;
  
• Previous working experiences in law firms or in-house legal department preferred;
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (both written and oral);
• Excellent research skills, good interpersonal and presentational skills;
• Detail-oriented, able to work independently and under pressure;
