Job Description
Our client is a multinational technology firm. They are looking to hire for Legal Manager.
As Legal Manager/ Senior Paralegal, you will handle full range of legal and administration matters relating to trademark portfolio maintenance, working with external counsels. You will conduct legal research, review/draft various agreements including NDA, procurement, marketing materials, commercial agreements, agency agreement, liaising with external counsel, prepare filing and paperwork, and handle other legal and administrative duties of the department.
To qualify for this role you would at least an LLB/LLM or equivalent, with 6-10 years paralegal experience including solid IP legal experience. Junior lawyers would also be considered (1-3 PQE). Some additional general commercial experience would be advantageous. Fluent English is required for this role, and ideally with Chinese skills (Cantonese).
