Our client is a multinational fintech company with solid growth. They are looking to hire for mid to senior level company secretary empowered to manage their corporate secretarial affairs. 

As Company Secretary/ ACS, you will handle full range of company secretarial matters for the group on a regional capacity, including handling incorporate/changes/maintenance of private subsidiaries across the regions. Experience in handling corporate transactions such as M&A would be advantageous.

To qualify for this role you would have 7 or more years of company secretarial experience from financial institutions/corporate, with HKICS qualifications. Experience in handling private subsidiaries for HK, offshore is required. Experience handling overseas subsidiaries governance in various countries would be an asset. Ability to speak and write fluent English is required. The ideal candidate would possess strong communication and coordination skills, comfortable to be hands-on and perform work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal guidance.
