Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with external parties and inter-departments for daily operations
- Provide secretarial support to Department Head
- Handle customer hotline and follow up enquiry
Requirements:
- F.5 or above with 1 year related working experience
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Well organized with good communication and customer services skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
