Jardine International Motors (JIM) is seeking a Corporate Communications Project Manager to join our Regional Corporate Communications team while our Head of Corporate Communications is away on maternity leave. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, team player, with brilliant presentation and organizational skills.

In this position, you will be working closely with another member of the team to provide communications expertise principally to support and drive the implementation of a number of JIM’s key communications and sustainability projects which has only just begun and help ensure that the respective deliverables are completed within project time frames.

Responsibilities:

• Implement the branding communications strategy and support JIM in its efforts to build its profile and communicate its positioning.
• Manage relationships with various parts of the JIM Group and other key stakeholders. Respond to communication-related issues in a timely manner and ensure communications consistency.
• Help coordinate and drive the implementation of JIM’s sustainability strategy and agenda.
• Execute the JIM’s internal communications engagement strategy. Oversee and manage the local implementation plan across the region.
• Help develop and implement a launch plan to roll out the new regional internal communication channel. Develop relevant internal engagement campaigns to drive engagement and create a sense of shared purpose that is relevant to the working lives of all employees.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, public relations or related discipline.
• Ideally, at least 5 years of experience in corporate communications/ project management with 2 years in managerial positions.
• Some experience in sustainability reporting, data management, consulting and project management is an advantage.
• Highly developed project and time management skills.
• Proactivity, self-motivation and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Detail-minded, strong ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Immediately available is preferred
