Job responsibilities:

Reporting to the Senior Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for providing day-to-day legal support to the Company and its subsidiaries including managing the legal filing system, reviewing legal documents, conducting research, and performing ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• A degree holder in Law or Hong Kong qualified solicitor
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
• Exposure in the Construction / Property Management industry is a definite advantage
• A good team player, good analytical sense, well organized and able to work effectively
• High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.  Knowledge in Putonghua is an advantage
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
