Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis to improve business performance
• Exercise financial control in various business units
• Present financial analysis to management to support business decisions
• Develop internal control system to improve operation efficiency and effectiveness
• Manage and coach the team of accounting in Hong Kong and the PRC
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or related discipline
• CPA, ACCA or equivalent
• At least 7 years experience in financial analysis, preferably in manufacturing industry
• Sound knowledge in costing and financing analysis
• Good command in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Proficient in MS applications and familiar with Oracle environment
• Have drive in implementing various internal control systems
• Details-oriented, highly committed and able to work under tight deadlines
