Our client is an international bank and is one of the FTSE100 organisations.  

The Senior Company Secretarial Officer will provide support to the business with duties including but not limited to:

• Handle full spectrum of company secretarial matters for private subsidiaries registered in multiple jurisdictions
• Assist in advising Management on compliance issues on Hong Kong listing rules and SFO;
• Assist in prepare announcement, circulars, annual reports and interim reports, etc;
• Provide guidance to the senior management on regulations, corporate governance guidelines and policies relating to the business of the Company and its subsidiaries;
• Assist in organizing board meetings, board committees meetings and shareholders' meetings;
• Liaise with other regulatory bodies; and
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

The successful incumbent will be:

• Qualified HKICS Member
• At least 7 years working experience in which no less than 3 years with bank/financial institution
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Able to work independently yet a good team player
