Our client is a well-known international group with MNC culture who provided professional service to customer. They are now looking for an experienced qualified lawyer as a Senior Legal Manager (report to Head of Legal) to join their team. If you have solid commercial experience, please click APPLY! 

Responsibilities

• Independently provide legal advisory and related support to stakeholders including medical affairs, employment, intellectual property law, leasing and procurement
• Independently handle standard commercial contract review including services agreements, tenders, tenancy agreements and marketing materials in Hong Kong, China and Macau
• Ability to handle contentious matters including complaints management
• Manage external legal counsel in the region, supervise direct report and demonstrate leadership qualities
• Provide full support to Head of Legal in ensuring high standards of risk management and corporate governance, including reporting obligations to parent companies

Requirements:

• Hong Kong qualified lawyer with at least 4-5 years of general corporate commercial and/or mergers and acquisitions background in Hong Kong and China exposure is a plus
• Attention to details with strong commercial acumen with a global mindset
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Experienced in handling litigation matters is an advantage but not a must

Candidates with less experience will be consider as Legal Manager.
