Your role

• Support the project management of Life Operations related projects to ensure the projects are well-conceived and aligned with company directions, as well as within scope and budget
• Closely work with other teams or departments to meet project deadlines, project implementation and system enhancement
• Provide business analysis and UAT services in assigned projects
• Review, identify and propose ways to Manager aiming at closing any gaps arisen due to new or changes in company or regulatory guidelines related to life operations
• Participate in vendor selection, maintain & review their service quality and monitor performance according to SLA
• Prepare project progress updates or other statistic reports for management review

Your Skills and Experience

• Degree holder with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in any life operations functions
• Experience in sizable or regulatory project delivery would be an advantage
• Knowledge of Six Sigma is preferable
• Familiar with life products and life operations
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in a variety of PC software packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Visio
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
