Job Description:

• To provide full range of support to legal counsels, covering administration, commercial, company secretary, compliance, corporate, dispute resolution, filing system, intellectual property, and registration matters;

• To liaise with internal and external parties for work coordination;

• To perform legal research, analysis and updates in various areas of laws and jurisdiction;

• To prepare and draft legal documents and correspondences;

• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above;

• Min. 4 years of secretarial or administrative experience and legal working experience in sizable organization, preferable in legal department;

• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills;

• Proactive, positive attitude, well organized, strong attention to details and able to work independently;

• Proficiency in English and Chinese typing;

• Good PC skills in MS Word and Excel;

• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, proficient in Mandarin.
