Job Description
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Personal Assistant & Telemarketing Officer
Responsibilities:
- Assist Managers in expanding team force
- Schedule recruitment interviews and client’s appointments
- Administrative duties directly report to management
- Assist organization of seminars, marketing events, meetings and luncheon for management
- Prepare any expenses report (i.e. Petty Cash) or other reports upon requested
- Monitor and control all administrative matters such as maintaining office equipment, keeping an
updated filing system, statistics and records
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
- F.5 graduate or above
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good command of written and spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese
- Independent and be able to perform well with minimum supervision
- Good computer literate
- Pleasant and outgoing character, initiative with positive attitude, well organized and able to work
under pressure
- Prior telesales and secretarial experience is a plus
