Job Description
The successful incumbent will provide support to the Group with duties including but not limited to:
- To ensure compliance of statutory and regulatory matters of the Company and its subsidiaries (the "Group"), including compliance with Companies Ordinance, Securities and Futures Ordinance ("SFO"), the Hong Kong Listing Rules and other relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
- To advise the board and the management on corporate governance and regulatory matters
- To provide compliance advice on material transactions and corporate matters of the Group
- To liaise with other professional advisors and various government authorities / regulators
- To handle ad-hoc projects.
The successful incumbent will be:
- University graduate
- At least 10 years related experience in handling listing compliance
- Good understanding on the requirements of Companies Ordinance and Listing Rules is a must
- Ability to organize well, attend to details, work under pressure
- Positive working attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent in both spoken and written English & Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Proficiency with MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
