Job Description
The Company Secretarial Manager will provide support to the business with duties including but not limited to:
- Handle full spectrum of company secretarial duties for companies incorporated locally and overseas
- Deal with statutory filings, maintain proper statutory records and effective filing systems
- Organize and prepare for board meetings, committee meetings and shareholder meetings and draft minutes
- Supervise a subordinate
- Assist in ad-hoc projects
The successful incumbent will be:
- University graduate
- At least 10 years company secretarial experience
- HKICS Associate Member
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office
