Requirements:

• Supervise technical staff to perform day-to-day operations & maintenance works, fitting-out work and project management of building services systems in commercial buildings
• Plan and coordinate the repair & maintenance, modification & installation works, plant operation and fit-out work in all stages
• Handle all technical enquiries raised by tenants and resolve all technical problems
• Handle other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
• 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in operation and maintenance, contracting works and energy management
• Well versed in related laws and regulations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
• Proficient in MS Office applications and AUTOCAD
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
