• Diploma/ Degree Holder in Property Management or related discipline
• Member of Chartered Institute of Housing/ Hong Kong Institute of Housing is preferable
• Experience in management of luxury residential properties
• At least 7 years working experience in managing residential properties, of which 3 years at managerial level
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skill and be able to work under pressure
• Excellent client serving skill and ability to handle clients and tenants independently
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Hands on PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point etc.
