Job Description

Working location:

  • China Resources Building, 26 Harbour Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong

Duties:

  • Deliver excellent front desk counter services and various concierge services to tenants.
  • Organize and promote tenants events/activities, assist ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

  • DSE graduate or above.
  • Proficiency in Chinese word processing and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications.
  • Good/Fluent Putonghua, English and Cantonese.
  • Positive working attitude, possess can-do spirit, good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Hotel/Airline/Hospitality background would be an advantage.

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Ambassador.
