Job Scope: 

• Report to the Regional CAO with accountabilities to manage regional lease and facilities management across AP region
• Assume the regional lead to conduct feasibility studies/cost analysis, oversight vendors management and ensuring the fulfilment of corporate governance for real estate/corporate services
• Facilitate senior regional management on any new business & outsourcing initiatives
• Supervise general corporate service team to provide quality administration and front desk services to the HK regional branch
• Serve as the Regional BCP Coordinator

Requirements:

• Well qualified graduate with over 8yrs+ Regional Facilities/Lease Management
• Strategic minded with proven leadership/supervisory and stakeholder management capabilities
• Adaptive to working in a multi-cultural int’l environment
• Strong communication skills in English
• Prior regional experience working in the banking /financial industry is highly desirable
• Degree holder/CFM or related credentials
