Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • To plan, coordinate, organize, and supervise events, programmes and activities in campsites and centres

  • To evaluate the outcomes of events, programmes and activities in campsites and centres
  • To apply public and private funding for repair and maintenance, organizing events and activities, and purchasing equipment and facilities for campsites, properties and centres
  • To formulate and evaluate budget for campsites and centres
  • To promote and boost up the utilization of campsites, centres and properties
  • To supervise subordinates of campsites and properties
  • To provide guidelines to part-time instructors/organizers
  • To assist in the implementation of capital and non-capital projects in campsites and properties as required
  • To assist in the organization and implementation of Girl Guides events, activities and projects as required


Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in recreation and sports management, or a teacher's certificate with physical education as an elective subject;

  • At least 3 years of relevant experiences with solid practice in campsites and properties management and organizing events and programmes in campsites and centres;
  • Level 2 or above in both Chinese Language and English Language in the HKDSEE/HKCEE, or equivalent.
  • Holder of First Aid Certificate, and/or Certificates of sea activities instructor is preferable
  • Mature, initiative, responsible and able to work under pressure and independently;
  • Sound judgment, well organized team player with strong leadership and high sense of urgency and energetic;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and develop working relationships with a broad range of people internally and externally;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and Internet Application;
  • Experience in the fields of non-governmental organizations (NGO) preferred;
  • Irregular working hours and wearing uniform is required for some occasions.
