POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Invoice

• Generate billing reports accoring to schedule (bi-monthly or monthly).
• Apply the correct exchange rate.
• Fill in forms required by Finance team.

Vendor Invoices 

• Verify if vendors bill us correctly.
• Clarify and commuicate with vendors if discrepancies found.
• Prepare summary report and quarterly report.

Documentation

• Prepare monthly summary reports and quarterly report. 
• Keep good track of sales volumes.

TEAMS INTERACTIONS

Billing Officer will deal with:

• Asian and Middle East suppliers in over 20 countries.

• Global Rewards teams in Hong Kong, Singapore & India:
  • Finance,
  • Procurement,
  • Project Management,
  • IT

PROFILE

• Form 6 graduate or above with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in billing, bookkeeping, accounting, data processing, clerical or administrative support,
• Organized, disciplined and serious in meeting service levels,
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel,
• Sensitive in numbers; currencies conversion
• Able to work independently yet a good team player,
• Good communication skills (oral & written in Chinese and English),
• Comfortable in multi cultural environment.
