月薪達HK$20,000起
職責：
- 帶領團隊推廣Fila優雅及活力的時尚服飾, 達至及超越公司訂下的營運目標
- 管理店內日常運作包括人手安排及培訓、貨品管理等
- 分析店舖銷售及數據以作出匯報
- 確保與營運部門之間的有效溝通及執行公司政策
