- Overall office administrative support
- Review company insurance policies and all risks
- Develop, implement and review administrative operations manual
- Manage and draft company in-house continuity plan
- Handle all in-house matters in an efficient and effective manner
- Manage the Administration
- Other duties allocated by the top management
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with minimum 2 years relevant experience;
- Experience in handling insurance claims
- Fluent in English and Cantonese is a must, Mandarin would be an advantage
- Mature, independent and flexible
- Possess strong multi-tasking, organizational and time management skills
- Harding working, committed, team-player, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
