Customer Support Engineer (Full Time)

Qualifications and experience

• Diploma / Degree holder in Computer engineering / Information technology / Computing Science
• 2-3 years or above experience in Desktop or Application support
• Customer-oriented, team player, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with outstanding customer service

• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fresh Graduates are welcome

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide mobile device setup, application installation services.
• Provide on-site & remote support to customers, may include devices delivery and activation, end user training, trouble shooting and issue fixing.
• Device repair & maintenance logistics
• Technical support to the project team
• Outdoor work including travelling aboard is necessary
• Good communication with SH headquarter & internal Supervisors
