Job Description
Job Duties:
-
Greet clients and visitors during exhibitions and seminars
- Operate on-site registration counters, distribute promotional materials, crowd control and answer basic customers’ enquiries in the event venue
- Assist in the event venue setup, materials pack up and on-site data entry
Requirements:
- Postgraduate Diploma, Bachelor, Higher Diploma / Associate Degree student
- Candidate with full-time / part-time working experience will be an advantage
- Proactive, well-organized, customer-oriented, ability to work independently and under pressure
- Reliable team player with good communication skills
- Experience in exhibitions / events is preferable
- Proficiency in spoken English and Chinese
- Knowledge of Chinese typing and MS office preferred
Salary offered: Hourly Rate
Working hours: Weekdays, Saturday and Sunday (on need basic)
