Job Description

1. Develop the business channel and target market development

2. Supervise and check the customers files set up, update and maintenance.

3. Develop and maintenance customers

4. Tender documents examine, change and verify.

5. Be responsible for communication with the customers and confirm the customers’ demands.   Collect the client’s satisfactory information. Organize to solve the customer’s complaint.

6. Be responsible for project negotiation, Contract review, sign, management and major change records.

7. Participate in making the annual, season, month marketing objectives.

8. Participate in draw up, perfect, monitor; execute the regulations and procedures of the Marketing Dept.

9. Evaluate subordinates, supervisor his/her to solve the problem may happen.

10. Definite the subordinates jobs and responsibility.

11. Cultivate and improve subordinates work capacity and skills

12. Other tasks assigned by the superiors

Requirements:

1. Strong insight, good at negotiation and communication. Detailed oriented with excellent team spirit and coordination skills.

2. proactive, full sense of customer service

3. Be passionate, tenacious and can work under pressure

4.Good image with nice and mature characteristics.

5.At least 8 years marketing or sales experience in office, commercial, hotel and other decoration, office furniture, decorative materials industry, more than 8 years sales experience.

6.With customer resources is preferred.

7. Fluent in English speaking.
