Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, manage and schedule business presentation and review meetings with principal’s management teams
  • Gather and report principal operational KPIs set in service level agreements
  • Build sustainable relationships with principal by regular visit to their office & warehouse
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all operational issues/service complaints are resolved effectively and timely
  • Develop, manage and monitor inventory control policies within the company
  • Participate in principal’s stock take periodically, including report adjustments, reconciliation, and inventory variance analysis
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand services provided to principal, introduce values added services to clients and drive for continuous improvement
  • Drive self-learning and lead quality & continuous improvement projects within the company
  • Managing a small team of 2 persons (Customer Service and Account Service)

 Requirements

  • Tertiary education or above
  • Minimum 7+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Good understanding of inventory control best practices
  • Sound knowledge on Nutritional industry/business (or equivalent FMCG / Consumer Health background) is highly preferable
  • Strong customer management skills
  • Ability to multi task & complete work within assigned timeline
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge in SAP would be an advantage
