Job Responsibilities:

• Act as a contact point of Principal to deal with all daily operational issue

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all operational issues/service complaints are resolved effectively and timely

• Compile and maintain all the inventory information to be updated in system including material master data, pricing, licensing, etc..

• Participate in principal’s stock take periodically, including report adjustments, reconciliation, and inventory variance analysis

• Determine the causes of low or excess inventory levels and finding ways to improve efficiency

• Prepare, manage and schedule business review meetings with principal

• Gather and report principal operational KPIs set in service level agreements

• Any other operational duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience:

• Tertiary education or above with 2-3 years experiences in inventory planning/management, purchasing, sales administration/coordination, customer service.

• Industries in FMCG, Pharmaceutical or distribution are preferable.

• Good understanding of inventory control best practices

• Develop the understanding of principal’s industry/business/products

• Demonstrate ability to multi task & complete work within assigned timeline

• Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken

• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

• Knowledge in SAP would be an advantage
