Head of Merchandising - Woven Textile Division

• Manage a team of up to 3 merchandisers

Our Client

Our client is a brand in woven textile manufacturing company with retail business in Hong Kong, China, and Asia. They are currently looking for a merchandising head to join their team. 

The Role

• Lead the Merchandising team to develop new and serve existing customers to achieve sales target
• Maintain good relationship with customers and execute potential customer acquisition
• Ensure effective merchandising activities, process and smooth operation
• Collaborate with factories, support teams, and customers to ensure on-time shipment delivery

To Qualify

• Degree or above in Garments, Textile, Merchandising or related disciplines
  
• 8 years of experience in woven textile business or merchandising of which over 3 years in managerial level
• Strong leadership and people management skills, and experiencing in leading small team
• Familiar with textile manufacturing, and able to travel occasionally to factories in PRC
• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate across various levels of stakeholders 
• Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
