Job Description

Our client is a leading lifestyle, interior design and building material distributor and retailer representing top-notch brands in kitchen and bath, furniture and lighting, and interior lifestyle furnishing. In view of expansion, we are recruiting Project Sales Manager to oversee Residential Project Sales business.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team to identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships across channels.
  • Formulate and implement strategic business plan and manage project sales cycle and pipeline.  
  • Manage and drive the team to achieve sales target in residential real estate projects in HK and Macau
  • Oversee tender preparation and submission
  • Ensure service reliability via excellent support and solidify customer relationship to achieve business growth
  • Assist in executing project sales and any adhoc tasks assigned by top management

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of project sales working experience, candidates with experience in lifestyle furnishing, building material, real estate and construction industry are preferred
  • Experience in modernization project is a definite advantage
  • Self-motivated, meticulous and result-oriented
  • Energetic, proactive and strong people skills  
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Possess strong leadership and management skills
