Job Description
Our client is a leading lifestyle, interior design and building material distributor and retailer representing top-notch brands in kitchen and bath, furniture and lighting, and interior lifestyle furnishing. In view of expansion, we are recruiting Project Sales Manager to oversee Residential Project Sales business.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team to identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships across channels.
- Formulate and implement strategic business plan and manage project sales cycle and pipeline.
- Manage and drive the team to achieve sales target in residential real estate projects in HK and Macau
- Oversee tender preparation and submission
- Ensure service reliability via excellent support and solidify customer relationship to achieve business growth
- Assist in executing project sales and any adhoc tasks assigned by top management
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of project sales working experience, candidates with experience in lifestyle furnishing, building material, real estate and construction industry are preferred
- Experience in modernization project is a definite advantage
- Self-motivated, meticulous and result-oriented
- Energetic, proactive and strong people skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Possess strong leadership and management skills
