Responsibilities:

• Be part of the service team which utilizes Fintech to improve and expand our services to high net worth and mass affluent clients;
• Proactively identify and satisfy clients’ needs and to improve sales results;
• Promote and cross sell the full range of investment products;
• Perform KYC and AML check on customer account documentation to ensure full compliance with rules and regulations
• Administer on-going KYC review maintenance of account documentation, transaction review, and other account servicing functions;
• Maintain good relationships with existing clients; and· Such other duties as shall from time to time be directed by your superiors.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills ;· Ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow;
• Detail-minded with positive working attitude· A team player and self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility;
• Degree holder with relevant experience is a plus· Candidate with SFC type 1 Licenses is preferred; and  Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
