Job Description
Job Duties:
l Provide quality customer services and maintain good relationships with new and existing customers
l Provide general customer support
l Handle reservation and provide check-in and out services
l Conduct regular shop daily operations
l Respond to customer inquiries & complaints
l Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing all customer data
l Update daily reports, monthly reports and customer records
l Assist in ad-hoc assignments
l Assist sales team
l Contribute to team effort by accomplishing results together
l Assist in F&B area
Requirements:
l F5 or above
l 1-year+ customer service experience, clubhouse or hotel experience is an advantage
l Able to communicate with customers in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
l Punctual, responsible, good communication skill and smiley
l Highly motivated and able to work independently
l Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
l Proficient in MS Office
l Fresh graduates are welcome
l F&B experiences will be a plus
Benefits & working hours:
l Basic salary $14000 - $16000 + bonus
l 5-6 working days per week
l 9 hours shift including 1-hour meal break
l Statutory holidays, extra day off and birthday leave
