Required to manage and supervise operation of a membership protection scheme.  Degree holder with at least 4 years’ solid experience in accounts servicing/customer service/guest relations/membership service.  Knowledge in insurance and/or indemnity preferred.  Excellent written and spoken English for frequent liaisons with overseas associates.  Experience in workflow process and forms drafting.  Team player, self-motivated and able to work unable pressure.  Good PC sense and skills.
