RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in daily sales operation
• Receive sales call and issue quotations
• Prepare and follow up purchase order to suppliers
• Handle ad hoc assignments

REQUIREMENTS

• 3-4 years relevant experience in sales administration and administrative functions
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and Chinese Word Processing, SAP experience preferable
• Familiar in handling shipping documents
• Responsible, self- motivated and willing to learn
• Excellent command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediate available is absolutely an advantage
