Responsibilities:

• Prepare product labels for Hong Kong & Asian markets
• Maintain records for factory certification and product registration
• Handle product complaints
• Assist in handling regulatory affairs/product registration
• Assist in any ad-hoc task assigned by manager

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Food Science or science related disciplines
• Knowledge of Food Regulations in Hong Kong and Asian countries
• 2 years of experience in quality assurance/regulatory compliance
• Strong sense of responsibility, passion to work and attentive to details
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Proficiency in PC and MS Office
