Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Administer day-to-day open order expediting till delivery completion, in accordance with buyer’s requests or priority in terms of quantities on hand and shipment delivery dates;
  • Coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth supply and on-time delivery;
  • Manage communication by emails and phone calls;
  • Report urgent / exceptional cases, if any;
  • Update progress status of each shipment and summary report;
  • Attend regular review meetings (e.g. weekly);
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments that may be required for logistics support purpose.

 Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in logistics / supply chain management is preferred;
  • Over 1-year's work experience in logistics / freight forwarding is required;
  • Hands-on PC knowledge in MS Office, especially proficient in MS Excel VLOOKUP and Pivot Table functions;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin;
  • Good interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work under pressure and independently;
  • Hands-on experience in Oracle system is preferred.
