Job Description

Responsibilities:

Administer day-to-day open order expediting till delivery completion, in accordance with buyer’s requests or priority in terms of quantities on hand and shipment delivery dates;
Coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth supply and on-time delivery;
Manage communication by emails and phone calls;
Report urgent / exceptional cases, if any;
Update progress status of each shipment and summary report;
Attend regular review meetings (e.g. weekly);
Assist in ad-hoc assignments that may be required for logistics support purpose.

Requirements:

Diploma or above in logistics / supply chain management is preferred;
Over 1-year's work experience in logistics / freight forwarding is required;
Hands-on PC knowledge in MS Office, especially proficient in MS Excel VLOOKUP and Pivot Table functions;
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin;
Good interpersonal skills;
Able to work under pressure and independently;
Hands-on experience in Oracle system is preferred.
