Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer phone call & arrange delivery to end user
- Handle different types of orders to meet customers' requirement
- Warehouse booking
- Prepare order sheet, delivery note, invoice & credit note etc.
- Arrange goods collection with customer
- Ensure the orders process in an accurate and efficient way
- Provide clerical support to Supply Chain Management Team
- Support on ad hoc or other jobs assigned by superior
Requirements:
- F. 5 or above
- Experience in order processing and customer services will be advantage
- Proficient in MS Excel & Word is a must
- Experienced in SAP system is preferable
- Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese and Putonghua
- Immediate available is preferable
