Job Description
Our client, a reputable Japanese digital solution company, is seeking for a high-calibre RFQ Officer to join their team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with related departments and coordinate with 3PL all inbound/outbound shipments
- 3PL management
- Assist in daily logistics arrangement and operations
- Support ad-hoc assignments and projects
- Prepare monthly reports
- Business trip may be required from time to time
Requirements:
- At least 3 years working experience in supply chain and logistics operations
- Experience in pricing / tender management is an advantage
- Independent and proactive, able to work under pressure
- High integrity, good team player with strong ethics
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin). Basic communication in Japanese is an advantage
- Good command in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Immediate available is preferred
