Job Description
Our client, a reputable Japanese manufacturer, is seeking for a sales coordinator to join their team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Import & Export spare parts between China, US, Japan and some countries in overseas
- Order taking/ shipping arrangement, making shipping document and quotation
- Coordinate each party’s request in between factory and customer the shipping arrangement in between manufacturer and customer
- Coordinate with shipping company and forwarder
- Follow up the status of actual sales against budget & check the reason, report to Assistant Manager and Manager weekly & monthly
- Prepare weekly & monthly sales report, project report and business trip report etc.
- Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the management
Requirements:
- HKDSE or above
- 1-2 year of relevant working experience in Trading company. Fresh graduate will also be considered
- Experience in negotiating and coordinating inquiry
- Familiar with shipping procedure in both import & export trade
- Deadline sensitive, good time management, patient, willing to learn and positive
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English and Mandarin. Japanese will be preferable but not a must
- Proficient in MS office (Excel), Word and PowerPoint are preferred
